An exciting opportunity has become available in the Business Transformation Team at Scouts NSW State Office. This 6-month CareMonkey Project Support position is a great opportunity to enter the IT market.

As the CareMonkey Project - Service Desk Support Officer you will assist the team with the support, planning, implementation and roll-out of a new software application across the whole of Scouts NSW. You will have a strong customer service focus and be highly organised as customer service and support queries that arise from the project will be a key focus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer Support to all levels of the Organisation during rollout
  • Project Support, including planning and reporting.
  • Procedures and Training Support to create streamlined processes and effective user documentation
  • Vendor Communication
  • General Support of IT Team as required

Skills and experience:

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • A friendly, helpful and team-driven approach
  • A high level of competence in the use of common computer systems and applications, sufficient to assist and guide other people in solving their IT problems
  • Hands on experience in a technical support capacity while supporting customers would be a great advantage.

You will be required to have a WWCC (for paid staff) and undergo a Police Record clearance.
