Scout Days at the Royal Easter Show will take place over the final two days of the Show in 2012 - Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th April.

Both days fall in the NSW school holidays and the Chief Commissioner felt that this was a perfect opportunity to showcase Scouting to our target audiences. 

Scouts Australia NSW is seeking interest from those who are able to contribute ideas and materials for an interactive activity. The activity should target Cub and Scout ages and provide the opportunity for a number of young people to participate throughout the day.

In 2011, kids at the Show were given a taste of what being in the Scouts is like with an array of fun and adventurous activities to try including a Climbing Wall, Bazooka Water Guns, an Obstacle Course and Water Bottle Toss Golf. 

We require the help of 75 Youth and Adult Members including Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and Leaders to cover a variety of jobs including setting up, running activities and managing registrations. We would appreciate a commitment to a 5 hour shift.
