2022 Adult Recognition Awards (ARA)

Nominations are now open for these awards.

The ARAs are Scouts Australia’s peak awards recognising the hard work and input of adult volunteers who have given service to Scouts over an extended period. These awards are granted for sustained commitment to the Association, and are eligible to Leaders, young Adult members, and other Members and Supporters. The awards don’t just recognise people for simply performing their designated role, but they recognise those that go above and beyond. As such, there is strict eligibility criteria.

Nominations for this year’s ARAs are now open. Regions will have received a list of their eligible members in November 2021. Detailed guidelines are here and the nomination form should be submitted as soon as possible to Region offices, who can also confirm the final date for nominations.

You can see more about the different award categories here and see the 2021 ARA recipients here.
