The rollout of CareMonkey for Scout Groups in NSW is well and truly underway, with one very successful webinar delivered, over 80 Scout Groups activated online so far, and numerous more in the process of finalising their details.
These Groups join the ranks of hundreds of primary and secondary schools, tertiary education providers, Scouting bodies, sporting clubs and organisations, and other associations across Australia with a duty of care who are already using CareMonkey to support the local management of medical details and simplify and standardise event/activity planning and permissions.
In NSW, the CareMonkey Pilot Group, 1st Berowra Scout Group, has been using CareMonkey since October 2016, while 19 other Scout Groups have been using the tool since March 2017. Many of these Group Leaders are now part of the CareMonkey Working Group, who provide advice and support for other Scout Groups as they come online.
Interstate, Scouts Victoria implemented CareMonkey across all Scout Groups in 2016, and is enjoying the security and convenience benefits it offers both parents and Leaders, while Scouts Tasmania and Scouts South Australia are also currently rolling out CareMonkey as a solution for their own Groups.
