Basic Outdoor Skills (Teralba Scout Hall) – Hunter & Coastal Region Only

This course will run over two consecutive days and is non residential. You must be available for both full days to complete the course.

This course is the Basic Outdoor Skills Residential Weekend that is required for Leaders (Scout, Venturer, Rover Advisors) and Rovers completing their Basic training program. Before you can be accepted onto the Basic Outdoor Skills Residential Weekend, you must complete the e-Learning component BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE COURSE. You will also need to download the Basic Outdoor Skills Assessment of Proficiency workbook, as you will need this on the course. This course is a self-catering course and leaders will need to bring their own hike (light weight) tent.
The dates and times for this are Saturday 12th December from 8am to 6pm and Sunday 13th December from 8am to 3pm. Both are compulsory to complete the training.
