ScoutLink, the Scouts NSW Membership System, will undergo routine maintenance on the weekend of 7 December – 9 December 2018 to address ongoing performance issues currently experienced by our users. The database will be unavailable from 8:00 PM on Friday 7 December until 12:00 PM on Sunday 9 December.
What Can I Expect During This Time?
During this time, ScoutLink will be offline and unable to process any actions. In addition, no APIs that support the transfer of data from one application to another, e.g. CareMonkey, Scout Central will be available. Following the planned work, ScoutLink will again be available to process database actions.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause due to the short notice. A message will be posted on the ScoutLink Facebook Page and Scouts NSW website as well.
Once ScoutLink is again available, we will post a notification through the Scouts NSW Facebook Page and on the Scouts NSW website.
