The team at Cataract started 2017
as the host site for the Cuboree. The
event bene ted from a number of
improvements to the roads, activities
infrastructure and signage as well as to various Camp kitchens across the sites. The State Training Team continues to make increased use of the Park, while Scout Groups from all over the State and ACT also
regularly visit.
Whether you come to y as a
passenger in a Scout aeroplane or to
learn to y, the Air Activity Centre
is all about fun, adventure and new experiences. None
of this would be possible without the passionate and tenacious team of volunteers who have built the Air Activity Centre over its 45-year history. To all our past and present members, thank you.

BPSC continued to provide a quality
venue for many dozens of Scout meetings, conferences and activities. The Centre established itself as being the venue for choice for local primary school band camps. We also now have nurtured a successful partnership with the Outdoor Education Group, which coordinates a city-based expedition which incorporates school groups staying onsite at the BPSC.
We are also grateful for the partnership with Microsoft City store who incorporate site service at the BPSC into their new staff induction.
Alpine Activity Centre 1699
Jindabyne overnights 1800 guests stayed at the Alpine
Centre during the past twelve months.
Many Groups returned for their annual
Snow Trips and enjoyed great snow
conditions. Special rates for Lift and Lesson packages the Centre offers brought many new Groups starting the tradition of an annual Snow trip to the Snowy Mountains
The new summer packages have also been popular with Scout Groups and families. New traditions include achieving the hike to the top of Mt Kosciuszko, and for the rst time we had new Scouts and Leaders invested at theTop of Australia. What a great start to their Scouting journey!
Our Water Activity Centre gives Groups the opportunity to enjoy a day on the water, participating in a range of activities including canoeing, sailing and powerboating. Our training days have helped members complete badge work in Canoeing and Sailing. We have also trained members to gain their NSW powerboat licences.
