Community Building Partnership Grants

In 2016, Scouts Australia NSW had 44 projects approved through the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnership Grants. $570,832 of funding supported capital works programs for Groups, Districts and Regions for much needed repairs to Scout Properties. Scouts Australia NSW is grateful for this funding.

On 26 June 2017, the NSW government opened a new round (Round IX) of funding. Grant funding of up to $300,000 is available for every electoral district.

Applications for the 2017 Round of Community Building Partnership Grants has now closed.

Process for Scout Groups to apply:

This is a great opportunity for Scout Groups, Campsites and Activity Centres to apply for much needed funding that will not only make a direct impact on Scouting but also support local jobs. Please take the time to review the information included here before you submit an application for your Scout Group.

As a first priority, consider completing safety works to your hall to comply with the safety audits.
