Fundraising Support

Scout Groups fundraise for themselves and others – it’s integral to the ethos of Scouting.

This might mean fundraising for a charitable cause or  hall maintenance and upgrades, or for subsidising membership fees and event attendance or new quality camping gear – opportunities are endless. The following list outlines some of the options available to Scout Groups to raise funds.

Return and Earn

Your Group can raise funds by collecting bottles and cans through your own events or local families to deposit in a Return and Earn machine. Further information available here.

Bunnings BBQ

A Bunnings Barbecue Fundraiser is a popular way to raise funds. The best way to get started is to speak to your nearest Bunnings Warehouse. For more information, visit their website.

Grill'd Local Matters

Grill'd - a burger chain in NSW - offers local community groups and initiatives to receive donations in store. For more information, visit their website.

Cadbury Fundraisers

Cadbury offers fundraising chocolate boxes for not for profit groups. Groups which use this service are also able to apply for grants of up to $500. Further information available here.

Dominoes Doughraiser Fundraisers

The Dominoes Doughraiser Fundraiser allows local groups to receive a pre-determined amount, usually between 50c to $1, from every pizza sold on that evening.  Contact your local store to discuss availability.

Coles Local Community Support

The Coles Local Community Support program allows community groups to apply for raffle prizes (e.g. gift cards) or to set up a fundraiser out the front of the store. Further information available here.
