WHS Consultation – Procedures and Forms

Everyone has a right to be safe at work. Even as a volunteer, whenever you perform an activity that is defined as work, you are subject to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act.

Scouts NSW provides members the same protections as its paid workers. In an effort to clarify our WHS processes and ensure we are all able to comply with our duty of care, Scouts NSW has prepared a number of new WHS Procedures and Forms, covering topics such as Incident Reporting, First Aid and WHS Inspections. These materials can be viewed below, and are open to review.

All members of Scouting are invited to submit their constructive feedback on the WHS Procedures and Forms using the online feedback form here by Friday 15 June 2018.

Every form submitted will receive a semi-automated response at a later date, informing members of the action resulting from their feedback.
