Promotional Equipment Hire

A range of promotional materials including flags and banners are available for hire from the State Office. Please contact the Marketing department at [email protected] for a full list of promotional equipment available, sizes and how they look. 

To submit a booking request, please fill out the form below. A separate confirmation email will be sent to you by the Scouts NSW Communications and Marketing Department to confirm your booking.

  • A range of Pull Up Banners are available including Section specific banners (Joey Scout, Cub Scout, Scout, Venturer Scout and Rover Scout) and Scouts NSW branded banners in small, medium and large.
  • We have one generic Scouts NSW branded Marquee/Gazebo available for hire. It is 3m x 3m.
  • A range of Fin Flags are available including Section specific flags (Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts, Rover Scouts) and Scouts NSW branded flags.
    We have one mascot costume for hire
  • Collection and Return

    Groups and Regions are responsible for collecting and returning all promotional equipment from Scouts NSW State Office. Please indicate the date you, or a representative from your Group, will collect and return the equipment.

    Groups and Regions are responsible for returning promotional equipment to Scouts NSW State Office in the 10 day period following their event. Failure to return loaned equipment on time (without prior notice to Scouts NSW) may result in the denial of the Group or Region's future loan requests.
  • Shipping

    If you are not able to physically collect/return the equipment from Scouts NSW State Office, please add the delivery/pickup location and we will send a freight quote (using courier). Please note, Groups will need to accept this cost before the hire can proceed.
