Scouts from across New South Wales will celebrate Scout Scarf Day on
Wednesday 1st August 2018.
Scout Scarf Day is a worldwide event that gives all former and active Scouts an opportunity to wear their scarves in public to raise awareness of the local Scouting community.
Get involved and wear your scarf to school or work! You can request permission from your school to wear your scarf with your uniform by taking in a letter to your principal.
Download our letter here and simply personalise it with your details: Letter to School Principal
Don’t forget to participate in the Scouts NSW Facebook challenge to post a photo of yourself wearing your scarf. The most creative photo will win a prize! Make sure to use the hashtags #nswscarfchallenge #scoutscarfday to enter the draw.
Scout Scarf Day is a great opportunity to celebrate what it means to be a Scout!
Once a Scout, Always a Scout!
