State Commissioner (Growth & Retention)

The State Commissioner (Growth & Retention) is the volunteer member responsible to the Assistant Chief Commissioner (Region Support & Development) for identifying membership growth trends and creating/developing opportunities in collaboration with Regions for increasing both adult and youth membership for Scouts NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing and distributing the membership growth reports
• Identifying opportunities within Regions to target growth through recruitment and retention
• Highlighting membership trends by State, by Region, by age-group

The 2021 State structure was recently announced. More information is available to answer questions asked during the feedback period.

This position is open to any member or supporter who has an associated area of expertise or interest and who believes they can make a positive difference to Scouting in NSW.
