Assistant Program Commissioner (Implementation Assurance)

The Assistant Project Commissioner (Implementation Assurance) is a key member of the Program Transformation team within the Youth Program and Support portfolio and assists the PC Program Transformation and the ACC Youth Program & Support with the day-to-day execution, administration and financial control of the implementation of the Scout Youth Program in NSW.

The APC (Implementation Assurance) is responsible for supporting the work of the Project Team in embedding the (new) Youth Program in Groups across NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

– Overseeing the implementation of the new Youth Program across NSW
– Ensuring appropriate processes are established to coordinate the administration and financial control of the nYP Projects
– Ensuring the project meets time and financial budgets
– Preparing and delivering reporting both financial and progress
