How can I find out if my child’s Active Kids voucher has been successfully redeemed?

Please speak to your Group Leader and ask if your child’s name is listed in their Active Kids Voucher Redemption weekly report. If it is not listed, this may be because the voucher is still being processed and validated by Scouts NSW. If, after four weeks, your child’s name is still not listed, please email info@nsw.scouts.com.au.

Alternatively, you can log into your Service NSW account and see the status of your child’s voucher. The voucher will show as either:

  • ‘Available’ if you haven’t yet used it (i.e. if you have not redeemed it via the Scouts NSW website), or
  • ‘Redeemed’ after Scouts NSW has successfully processed the voucher.
