How do Groups manage new members starting Scouts before 1 April?

New members who join before 1 April will have their one-off joining fee and backdated Quarter 4 2020 fee included in the invoice Scouts NSW issues directly to members on 1 April.

Essentially, the invoice will include:

  1. One off joining fee (charged at the 2020 rate – $36)
  2. Backdated Q4 fee (charged at the 2020 rate – $50)
  3. 2021/22 State Membership Fee ($240).

Any Active Kids voucher credits on file will also be reflected on the invoice.

Scout Groups should invoice new members who join between 1 January and 31 March their Group fee only.
