I have redeemed my child’s Active Kids voucher with Scouts, however I would like to cancel the transaction and use the voucher for another provider. Can you undo the transaction?

The NSW Department of Sports has strict guidelines regarding the Active Kids Rebate. Each voucher can only be redeemed once. This means that once a voucher has been successfully redeemed with Scouts NSW, it cannot be refunded back to you and used for a different provider.
