What data do I need to update?

The most effective way you can get your Group ready for Operoo is to review and update the key Parent Data in ScoutLink.

For Youth Members under the age of 18 – in the Parents Tab

1. Relationship
2. First Name
3. Surname
4. Contact Number 1 – Home Phone or Mobile
5. Contact Number 2 – Mobile
6. Email address

For Young Adults and Adult Members over the age of 18 – in the Summary Tab

1. Update Email 1 – as the Main Adult Member’s email address
2. Update Email-2 as the Secondary email address if they have one
3. Review and update all other information
