The individual pathway allows participants to complete the early stages of the course individually, at their own pace. Participants who choose this pathway will complete online e-Learning modules at home before attending residential weekend events alongside others in the program. Participants who choose the team pathway will complete the theory requirements of the course with assistance from others in a team environment, a Facebook group, etc., before attending weekend residential weekend events.
What is the difference between the individual and team pathways?
