Why have I received an error message when I try to redeem my vouchers?

Please first check to see if any of the following errors have occurred in your entry process:

  • Misspelt First Name or Surname*
  • The wrong Date of Birth*
  • Incorrect Scouts NSW membership number, and/or
  • Incorrect Active Kids voucher number.
*As per your child’s Medicare card.
