The Young Leader Development Program is a unique and rewarding scholarship program that offers unforgettable experiences and the opportunity to develop a new range of skills. The program gives current members and new members the chance to:
- Attain a Certificate of Proficiency
- Attain an optional Certificate III in Business
- Attain an optional Certificate II in Outdoor Recreation
- Become qualified in an Adventurous Activity of choice
- Develop confidence and leadership skills
- Develop team work and co-operation skills
- Take on new experiences and adventures
- Continue their Scouting journey and help support the next generation of Scouts
