Certificates of Currency (2024-2025)
Note – download available for Scouts NSW members only (login via Scouts email address).
- Public Liability Certificate of Currency
- Bunnings, sausage sizzles (including cakes) certificate
- Christmas tree sales certificate

Personal Accident and Sickness
- Report a safety incident or accident to Scouts NSW here.
- To make a claim for non-Medicare and/or private health out-of-pocket expenses, email insurance@nsw.scouts.com.au and they will support you to access claim documents.
Asset Management Fees
- Contents value should be revised to the current replacement value as calculated in your Asset Register (P8).
- Building Valuations are not to be changed. If you wish to apply for a variation please refer to the instructions on ‘FORM P6 – Application for Variation in Building Insurance Value‘ and consult with your Region.

Trailers and Motor Vehicles
The Scouts Association of Australia NSW Branch has a Group Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy which covers all Scouts NSW registered motor vehicles, trailers, ride-on mowers, plant vehicles and unregistered trailers, rid-on mowers and plant vehicles for both damage to the asset and also third-party liability attached to the usage of the asset.
All Trailers and Motor Vehicles that area registered under the name of The Association of Scouts Australia NSW Branch must be insured under the Scouts NSW Group Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy. The Policy period runs from 30th November 2024 – 30th November 2025 and renews annually thereafter.
All Scouts NSW registered Trailers and Motor Vehicles must be declared to insurance@nsw.scouts.com.au before or at the time of registration or purchase. If motor assets have not been declared for inclusion, there will be no insurance coverage in place.

This commercial motor vehicle insurance is independent of the Compulsory Third Party Insurance (CTP) required for all vehicles that operate on public roads and require registration. Marine Pleasurecraft
The Scouts Association of Australia NSW Branch has a Group Commercial Marine Pleasurecraft Insurance Policy which covers marine vessels and pleasurecraft e.g. canoes, boats, kayaks, which are owned, operated and/or registered under The Association the Scouts NSW Group Pleasurecraft Policy.
All Scouts NSW pleasurecraft needs to be declared to insurance@nsw.scouts.com.au for inclusion of insurance coverage under the Group Policy which runs from 30th November 2024 – 30th November 2025 and renews annually thereafter.
The Group Insurance Policy also includes marine accessories e.g. personal floatation devices (PFD) and other accessories requiring cover.

All property, motor vehicle, and marine pleasurecraft claims attract a policy excess.
