I have redeemed my child’s Activate Kids voucher with Scouts, however I would like to cancel the transaction and use the voucher for another provider. Can you undo the transaction?

The NSW Office of Sport has strict guidelines regarding the Active Kids Vouchers. Each voucher can only be redeemed once. This means that once a voucher has been successfully redeemed with Scouts NSW, it cannot be refunded back to you and used for a different provider.
