Welcome to Scouts NSW! Thank you for making the worthwhile decision to invest in your child’s growth and development with Scouts, and for choosing Scouts NSW as your preferred Active Kids provider.
After visiting your child’s new Scout Group, you will need to complete a Youth Application (Y1) Form here. Once complete, you will receive a PDF copy of your Y1 form to email to your Group Leader for processing at the Region level. Please follow the steps below to redeem your Active Kids voucher with Scouts.
- Step 1 – APPLY: Head to the Service NSW online portal and log into or create your MyServiceNSW account. Fill in the Active Kids form to apply for your Active Kids voucher. If your application is approved, a voucher will be displayed at the end of the transaction and emailed to your nominated email address.
- Step 2 – DOWNLOAD: Download a copy of your voucher. Keep note of your voucher number, as this is important for redeeming the voucher with Scouts.
- Step 3 – REDEEM: Open your Scouts NSW Invoice (which is sent by email to the primary member contact email address), go to pay and choose Active Kids Voucher as a payment method. Please note though vouchers can only be used if there is a balance due of more than $100 (the value of the voucher) – this is a NSW State Government requirement.
