What qualifications will I gain by participating in the YLDP?

The different types of qualifications you will receive depend on the level of training you undertake. The Young Leader Development Program offers you the opportunity to attain a Certificate in Adult Leadership in any Section, Certificate III in Business and a Certificate II in Outdoor Recreation for your choice of an Adventurous Activity. At the completion of Basic Training, participants can become an Adult Leader in Scouting.
